New features and enhancements: Portals

• Staff can now audit submitted Continuing Education (CE) activities and record whether each one meets requirements, along with a review note for the licensee. Hours from activities that do not meet requirements are removed from the CE plan totals until they are accepted. The licensee can then update only those activities, or add new ones, and resubmit the plan for another review. Activities already accepted remain unchanged.

Bug fixes: Portals

• Incomplete payment responses are no longer applied to the wrong person or application. If the system cannot match the payment, it shows an error and does not create or update invoices or related records.
• Custom complaint forms now save the selected licensee and facility when you save a draft or submit. After a complaint is submitted, Save as Draft and Submit are no longer shown.
• The payment record now shows the payment method the user selected, such as credit card or ACH (e-check), instead of a fixed or blank value.
• For sponsored renewals, the invoice stays Outstanding unless the employer is actually set to pay. It is no longer marked paid automatically when that is not the case.
• Public notices and Public Register text now keep the formatting set in Workbench, including bold, italic, underline, and table alignment.

Bug fixes: Workbench

• Files attached to staff messages now appear in the applicant’s inbox on the portal. Previously, only the message text was shown.
