Overview
Facility Inspections can be automatically created upon processing a Facility application, or can be manually created in the workbench. This article covers the workflow to trigger or create an inspection and assign the inspection to an Inspector.
Workbench: Facility Application Processing
Open the Module Selector and access the Register Module.
Access the Menu (hamburger menu)
Select Facility Applications from the sidebar menu.Double-click the submitted facility application record.
Access the Application Details
Update the Application Status to "Pending Inspection."
Click the save icon to apply the status changes.

Facility Inspection Management
While viewing a Facility Application,
Access Inspections from the sidebar.View the Inspection that has been created by setting the Facility Application Status to Pending Inspection.
Double-click to open the inspection record and take the next steps.Because the inspection was created by updating the Facility Application status to Pending Inspection, a significant amount of information about the facility will appear in the inspection details and record information.
Creating Inspector Portal Access
Note: If the Inspector you're looking to assign to the inspection already has Portal User credentials and has been assigned as an Inspector, skip to the Inspector Assignment Section.
Access the Security Module.
Via the Menu, access the Portal Users section.
Add a new portal user.
Provide:
-Username = Full Name
-Email Address
Save.With the Portal User information saved, access the Workflow Module.
Search for Facility Inspector.
Double-click to open the Facility Inspector entity.Click Open Records
Create a new record (Add an Inspector)
Mark the Inspector as Active. (This will allow you to assign inspections to them)
Enter the information for the inspector.
Assign the Portal User to the Portal User profile already created.
Save.To create the portal user's access and trigger an email to the Inspector with a temporary password, click the Create Portal User button.
You'll then see banners for actions such as email notification to the Inspector's email address.
Inspector Assignment
Access the Facility Inspection record. (You'll need to reload the page)
From the Inspection section, assign the Inspector for the inspection.
Save.Assign an Inspection Checklist.
Save.

-Open Records
-Update a checklist or add a new inspection checklistsWithin the Inspection Details section:
-Enter or update an Inspection Date (Optional)
Save.
Inspector Portal
The Inspector, once activated, will receive an email with a temporary password.
This password can be used with their email address on record to access the Inspector Portal.The inspector will log in with their email address on record and the email-provided temporary password.
If an inspection has been created but not assigned to a specified Inspector, it can be found in the Unassigned area.
If an inspection has been assigned to an Inspector, it will be found in the Assigned To Me area.
While viewing the inspection, the inspector can:
-Send a Confirmation Email to the Facility.
-View (Allows the Inspector to reschedule)
-Report (Access and fill out the inspection report)
-Schedule InspectionAccess the Report.
Complete the Checklist/Inspection Form.
Save Progress and/or Save
Workbench Inspection Review
From the Inspection Record.
Access the Facility Inspection Deficiencies to view areas marked Not Compliant.
Double-click on a record to view details provided, such as notes from the inspector.To view the results from the entire checklist, access the Facility Inspection Results section.
