New features and enhancements: Portals

• Portal pages now detect when critical custom scripts fail to load and display an error message guiding users to disable script-blocking browser extensions or try another browser, then refresh the page.

Bug fixes: Portals

• Fixed an issue where updating rich text field from the portal stripped HTML formatting from the text field. Formatting such as bold, italics, lists, and tables is now preserved.
• Resolved an intermittent issue where the Supporting Documents page failed to load during Education Provider program application submission.
• Fixed an issue in the Inspector Portal summary table where Facility Name displayed the business name instead of the facility location name.
• Fixed auto-approval for authorization renewals so that approval only occurs when the invoice is fully paid (outstanding amount is zero).
• Resolved an issue where payments made with eCheck were incorrectly recorded as Credit Card on the payment record.

Bug fixes: Workbench

• Fixed an issue where the Letter Template search field replaced user input with the first template in the dropdown, preventing users from searching for and selecting the desired template.
