New features and enhancements: Portals

• The system now supports multiple payment processors within the same environment, providing greater flexibility for transaction management.
• Enhanced activity upload page on the Education Provider portal to allow education provider to report one activity for multiple licenses.
• Approving a Provider Program Submission in Workbench now automatically populates the profile lookup if a matching profile exists and the CE profile feature is enabled.
• Enhanced Elavon integration to automatically pre-populate billing info on the Elavon hosted payment page.
• Authorization renewal applications can be configured to automatically approved upon submission when qualified, eliminating manual review overhead for administrators.
• Added a new configuration setting (In-Progress Application Statuses) on port_site allowing clients to define which statuses block duplicate submissions. If left blank, default hardcoded statuses will be used to prevent duplicate applications.

Bug fixes: Portals

• Fixed missing CE category tables on the CE Summary page and CE program activities in the license renewal flow.
• Fixed an issue where CE activity submission page does not respect “Restrict Activity Completion Date” setting when CE profile feature is enabled.
• Fixed an issue where the Sponsored Application Invitation page failed to display results.
• Fixed a bug where a soft-deleted CE program was still incorrectly applied to newly approved licensees. A CE plan will no longer be generated for new licenses if the corresponding CE program has been deleted.
• Resolved a time zone conversion issue in the Elavon payment gateway processor integration that caused inaccurate transaction settlement times. Payments will now settle and reconcile correctly based on their exact transaction date.
• Resolved an issue with certificate generation when license numbers contained spaces.
• Resolved an issue where non-birthdate fields (e.g., graduation, employment, and signature dates) across application and renewal forms incorrectly enforced an 18-year age verification check, preventing submission.
• Resolved an issue where the payment step was excluded from Review and Download PDFs. Payment screenshots are now accurately captured and included across all application, renewal, filing, and reinstatement processes.
• Resolved an issue where custom description text for the Credit Card payment method was not displaying on the payment page.

Bug fixes: Workbench

• Fixed an issue where the letter template dropdown was limited to displaying 50 items. Users can now view and select from the complete list of available letter templates without truncation.
• Resolved an issue on the workbench record detail page where the left side panel overlapped the top menu, obstructing access to the Save button and record actions.
