New features and enhancements: Portals

All Portals

• When you update your Login Email in account settings, your Primary Email on the Contact Information page is now automatically updated to match (when feature is enabled). This improvement streamlines the process of keeping your information consistent across the platform, eliminating the need for a separate, manual update. It ensures that your most important contact email is always synchronized with your login credentials, reducing the risk of missing important notifications or account-related communications.

New features and enhancements: Workbench

• Enhanced email audit history to include deliverability and engagement event information. Staff agency can track if an email has been delivered, deferred, dropped, bounced, opened, clicked and reported as spam. Learn more here.
• Updated styling for site map counter when the count is zero so that it does not draw too much attention.

Bug fixes: Portals

Application Portal

• Fixed an issue where users with a prepaid account could not use it as a payment method for individual license applications.

Licensee Portal

• Fixed an issue where a submission confirmation email was not sent after a user submitted a reinstatement application.

Public Registry

• Fixed an issue on the Public Register where search queries using the name and license number parameters incorrectly returned only a result count.

Bug fixes: Workbench

• Fixed an issue where the messaging panel was stuck on loading.
• Fixed an issue where invoice records did not show the right amount after invoice item records were created.
• Fixed an issue where Workbench drop down menus did not show complete options.
