New features and enhancements: Portals

All Portals

• Enhanced portal error messages to guide users more effectively when they can't log in or their account is locked. This means clearer instructions so users can quickly resolve issues and regain access.
• Improved the mandatory report submission process. Now, when a mandatory report is submitted, a queue item will automatically be created in com_mandatoryreport for the board's review. Previously, these submissions did not create an item in this entity.

Licensee Portal

• Improved CE plans created from Portal so that it now ensures consistent display of CE plan names, reflecting any format modifications made in the Workbench.

New features and enhancements: Workbench

• Removed file and activities section from the left panel on the record detail view as they are available on the right panel. Right panel has also been updated so that it remembers user preference after it is being minimized or expanded.
• Improved user experience by selecting a default activity type when the record is created from the right panel of the record detail view.
• Optimized query on the Standard Report - Transaction by Date so that it is more efficient and faster to run.

Bug fixes: Portals

Application Portal

• Fixed an issue where authorization declarations were incorrectly ordered, ensuring they now respect the intended configurations.

Licensee Portal

• fixed an issue where reinstatement applications were not generating email notifications or creating a queue item.
• Fixed an issue where certificate dates downloaded from the portal didn't match the dates in the Workbench.

Bug fixes: Workbench

• Fixed an issue where record detail view did not show updated task status when task was marked as completed from the right panel of the record detail view.
• Fixed an issue on the summary view where text overlapped when the right panel was expanded.
