New features and enhancements: Portals

All Portals

• Improvements were made to the Payzang, Moneris, Aeropay, and CBOSS payment integrations, enabling users to be redirected to a payment page that offers greater security compliance.
• Enhanced the system to allow the creation of portal accounts using email addresses that do not end with .com and contain over 10 characters. This provides greater flexibility when creating new accounts.
• Improved the formatting of the Prepaid Account selection dropdown on the payment portal pages.

Education Provider Portal

• Improved the Education Provider Portal to accept roster uploads for programs that have ended. This enhancement provides greater flexibility, allowing education providers more time to submit their rosters.

Inspection Portal

• Fixed an issue where parent asset re-inspections were not being automatically created after a non-compliant inspection was submitted.

New features and enhancements: Workbench

• New Workbench Record detail UI that provides users more direct access to some supporting features such as tasks, memos, messaging and performance metrics. Learn more here.

Bug fixes: Portals

All Portals

• Fixed an issue where the account number from the prepaid account was not being automatically populated by the number manager.

Application Portal

• Fixed an issue where logged-in Portal users could change their password, email, and security questions even when an incorrect current password was provided.

Business Licensing Portal

• Fixed an issue where the SSN field would incorrectly populate after a new location was selected on the personal information page within a facility application.
• Fixed an issue where fields on a custom page, configured with a custom view, failed to hide as expected when no value was selected in the preceding dropdown.
• Fixed an issue where dropdown options on custom pages with duplicated fields were incorrectly pulling results from the wrong entities.
• Fixed an issue where new workqueue items were erroneously generated for business license applications that had already been successfully submitted and their associated fees paid
• Fixed an issue where existing facility information was incorrectly pre-populating on the /facility-application/info page when starting a new facility application.

Licensee Portal

• Fixed an issue causing mismatched transaction records between SCS, jBilling, and Thentia due to duplicate values generated in the payment token.
• Fixed an issue that allowed users to select multiple CE exemptions.
• Fixed an issue where renewal payments made using the NIC payment processor would fail, yet still incorrectly show as Paid in Workbench.

Bug fixes: Workbench

• Fixed an issue on summary views where some uploaded files were not shown as links on the page.
• Fixed an issue in the analytics module where discrepancies occurred in date field values between the analytics and register modules.
• Fixed an issue where invalid rows are shown when the date filter is applied to a table view.
