This article will outline the process for allowing your staff to review each CE Activity submitted on the Licensee Portal by the license holder. It is important to note that the statuses, minimum units/hours required etc. are all determined by your organization and your license requirements.
Reviewing CE Plans & Activities in a License Record
Navigate to the Register Module and open an existing License/Registration record by selecting Licenses/Registrations from the Menu selector in the upper left corner.
Under Connections find the CE Plans connection to view the CE Plan associated with this Individual License record.
View Plan details such as Minimum Required Units/Hours for this Plan, the Start and End date for the Plan Period, Total CE Units submitted, and also the Status of the CE Plan. (Open, Closed, Submitted for Review)
To review the individual Activities submitted, click Activities under connections to view the details for Hours/Units, type of activity etc.
NOTE: Exemptions are setup by Thentia and can be configured to accommodate various regulatory exemptions based on the needs of your organization i.e. First-time license holders do not need to submit CE Activities for the first year.
