Admin Level-Up Workshop Series (For Agencies currently using Thentia Cloud)

Introduction

The Thentia Training team invites System Administrators from agencies currently working with Thentia Cloud 2.0 to attend our Admin Level-Up Workshop Series. This workshop series is designed to further educate administrators working with their Thentia Environment to learn more about working with the configurable nature of Thentia Cloud in order to enable your agency to make configurations as needed. 
Keep in mind, not all portions of Thentia Cloud can be configured by System User Admin; some do require contacting Thentia Support. This workshop series provides context to understand the pieces of the Thentia Cloud system/platform and the configurations that can be made by System User Admin.
Admin Level-Up Workshop Series: For existing clients operating in their own Thentia Environment.

• The Admin Level-Up Workshop Series includes three 2-hour workshops.
• The Training Team schedules the series to occur once a month across three days in the same week. We invite System User Admin to attend all three sessions in a given week.
• Each of the sessions runs from 2:00 - 4:00 PM Eastern.

Requirements

1. Your agency are currently working in a Thentia Cloud 2.0 Environment. (Requirement)
   • Note: If your agency is currently moving to working with Thentia Cloud from working with Open Regulate or Origami, please attend our Standard Training Journey.
2. Have you attended the Thentia Cloud Training Journey Standard Training Series? (Recommended)

Once we receive your email request to Training@Thentia.com, with the requested information, the Training Team will reach out to you with the dates and times for the next few instances of the Admin Level-Up Workshop Series. You will then be able to select which of the offerings you'd like to be schedule for, and the Training Team will then share additional details for the upcoming Admin Level-Up Workshop Series!
