Standard Training Workbench: Continuing Education & Renewals

In this lesson you will understand how Continuing Education (CE) in the Quality module works with Individual License records for renewals. You will understand the Licensee experience of entering CE Activities in the Licensee portal. You will know the definitions for CE Programs, CE Plans, CE Activities, and how to assign CE Units/Hours to specific license types. In addition, you will learn how to leverage the Audit Control tool to sample your licensee pool, and push reminders for entering CE Activities in the Licensee Portal.

• Know the definitions for CE Programs, CE Plans, CE Activities.
• Understand how CE works in the Licensee Portal, Register and Quality modules of the Workbench.
• Understand how to assign CE Units/Hours to specific license types.
• Explore how to leverage the Audit Control tool to sample your licensee pool, and push reminders for entering CE Activities.
