New features and enhancements: Portals

All Portals

• Improvements were made to the Cybersource payment integration, enabling users to be redirected to a payment page that offers greater security compliance.
• Enhanced portal lockout messages to improve the user experience by clearly stating the reasons for the lockout and the steps they need to take to unlock their accounts, preventing them from being stuck.

Licensee Portal

• The prepaid account functionality has been extended to individual users. This feature enables individuals to deposit funds into their account for subsequent financial transactions.
• CE Plan tables now display records sorted by the end date, with the newest dates appearing first.

New features and enhancements: Workbench

• The letter engine has been enhanced to include the ability to show QR codes that direct users to specified URLs. The most common use case is to direct users to the license verification pages on the public registry portal.
• Complaint status is set to “Case Created” (instead of “Closed”), when users convert complaints to cases.
• Improved user experience by limiting the account activation code to 8 characters.

Bug fixes: Portals

All Portals

• Fixed an issue on custom page tables where columns sharing the same entity were not displaying correctly.

Business Licensing Portal

• Fixed an issue where data entered into multiple date fields on a custom page was not being saved to the Workbench after submission.
• Fixed an issue where the system failed to generate permits for business applications with fixed license periods where the end date was set earlier than the start date.

Inspection Portal

• Fixed an issue where inspection reports were incorrectly being sent to the business even when the 'Enable staff review inspection before release to business' setting was active.

Licensee Portal

• Fixed a data linking error that prevented CE hours uploaded by education providers from being properly attributed to individual users.

Bug fixes: Workbench

• Fixed an issue where permission control was not applied to files and attachments.
• Fixed an issue with the letter engine where generated documents showed empty tables when documents were saved in docx format.
• Fixed an issue where a wrong message was shown when there was a failure to delete a record.
• Fixed an issue where audit numbers were not being assigned to audit records upon approval of the audit pool.
