New features and enhancements: Portals

Business Licensing Portal

• Enhance business license control so that new licenses can have the end of months as expiry dates.
• Business address change request submission creates a queue item or task record now.

Education Provider Portal

• A new configurable workflow for the education provider license renewal process is available now.

Inspection Portal

• Enhanced inspection workflow so that multiple inspection records with various inspection checklist types can be combined into a group inspection. This feature is useful for agencies that need to do asset inspections where various assets are in a facility.

New features and enhancements: Workbench

• The data export email template has been updated to provide more instructions on how to find exported data after the export job is completed.
  

Bug fixes: Portals

Application Portal

• Fixed an issue where documents that are required to be submitted offline are not visible.

Bug fixes: Workbench

• Fixed an issue where the table view name is cut off.
• Added “Assigned to” column to the default table view of tc_activity.
• Fixed an issue on the temporary password email where the password was shown multiple times on the emails.
