New features and enhancements: Portals

Education Provider Portal

• Updated the CSV Roster Upload to accept date values with the format of mm/dd/yy.

New features and enhancements: Workbench

• Messaging support on any entity. Messaging can now be enabled on any entity through configuration. The setting can be found on the entity information page.
• New table view: Unassigned Pending Activities on tc_activity is now available.
• Improved user experience on SQL query by updating the page layout and executing queries when users open the queries.

Bug fixes: Portals

Application Portal

• Fixed an issue where text formatting (underlining) is not shown on the supporting documents page in the application process flow.

Business Licensing Portal

• Fixed an issue where the date format was incorrect when saving a custom process record, which caused data inconsistency.

Complaint Portal

• Fixed an issue where the tc_name was missing when a queue item was created upon submitting a custom online complaint form.

Public Registry

• Fixed a browser caching issue where it caused the public register to show invalid pages.

Bug fixes: Workbench

• Fixed an issue where users without permission to access the tc_privilege entity viewed a blank screen upon login.
• Fixed an issue where the security code is not visible on Windows 10 and the classic Outlook interface.
• Fixed an issue where column labels got cut off on the “Add Column to View” dropdown interface.
• Fixed an issue where dates on the table view showed values different from those on the record detail page.
• Fixed an issue with text area fields where the contents sometimes were not visible.
