New features and enhancements: Portals

All Portals

  • Enhanced the bulk payment feature to increase the maximum number of invoices that need to be processed per bulk payment transaction from 10 to 5000 invoices.

New features and enhancements: Workbench

  • Workbench can be configured to show a visual indicator to indicate the realm is a sandbox environment.
  • Find and Replace Text allows system administrators to find specific text within an entity's column (attribute) and replace it with a new string. This feature can be configured on any entity. The button to find and replace text can be found on the record list pages.
  • System admin can deep clone a questionnaire configuration that includes cloning questionnaire sections and questions.

Bug fixes: Portals

All Portals

  • Fixed an issue where the lookup texts were displaying "N/A" instead of the actual text for table views.

Business Licensing Portal

  • Fixed an issue where users could not proceed using a custom page after the filing step in a business filing process.
  • Fixed an issue where clicking “review” on a past business filing would log a portal user out from the business portal.

Complaint Portal

  • Fixed an issue where documents uploaded in the supporting documents custom page were not being saved.

Inspection Portal

  • Fixed an issue where the portal user field was not automatically linked after creating a portal user in reg_inspector.

Licensee Portal

  • Fixed an issue where incorrect status was displayed for applications that had been withdrawn by the licensees.

Bug fixes: Workbench

  • The total values on the table views configured on the Summary View have been updated to display only two decimal places instead of 3 decimal places.
  • Fixed an issue on the Summary View where fields with 0 values were not shown.
  • Fixed an intermittent issue in which users were kicked out of the workbench sessions after clicking the load base report button.
  • Fixed an intermittent issue where the Create Portal User button on the inspection record page did not work.
