New features and enhancements: Portals

Business Licensing Portal

  • The bulk payment feature has been enhanced. A processing fee can now be configured to apply to a bulk transaction or to each individual invoice.

Licensee Portal

  • The supervision feature has been updated to include email notifications for supervisees and supervisors. Supervisees will now be able to resubmit their reports if they have been rejected.
  • Error messages have been updated for portal users who do not have access to the licensee and inspector portals.

Messaging Portal

  • There is an improved user interface on different pages when third-party users view messages on the messaging portal.

Bug fixes: Portals

All Portals

  • Fixed an issue where the queue item for custom processes was not showing.
  • Fixed an issue where the Social Security Number was not displayed as an optional field when configured.

Complaint Portal

  • Fixed an issue on the complaint form where the dropdown field for the Respondent’s License automatically closed while the user was typing.

Education Provider Portal

  • Fixed an issue where the title of the provider application was incorrectly displayed in the application PDF review.

Inspection Portal

  • Inspection records were incorrectly grouped into a single facility location when multiple facility locations were present.

Licensee Portal

  • Fixed an issue where first and last names were not displaying on invoices.

Messaging Portal

  • Fixed an issue where the Subject Line was missing from the message thread in the messaging portal when a third-party user accessed the message using the token method.
  • Fixed the wording in the email template when a new message is received to improve clarity.

Bug fixes: Workbench

  • Fixed an issue where the payment invoice button was missing on the Workbench.
  • Fixed an issue where non-admin users could not run queries.
  • Fixed an issue where users failed to update records while in table edit mode.
  • Fixed an issue with table edit mode where the values of radio fields were set to Yes/No even when users did not select the row to update.
