Change Management Principles and Practical Considerations Workshop

This session is designed for Senior Leaders and Managers managing the change from current technology or systems to Thentia Cloud at your organization. We will share high-level principles of change management based on research and good practice guidance, including the key stages of change and different change models. We will provide an overview of the Change Management Toolkit that we created to support our customers with the practical considerations involving technological change such as identifying stakeholders affected by the change and how to communicate with them. Attendees receive a copy of the Toolkit after the session.

• Refresh your knowledge of change management principles, models, and stages in the change process.
• Provide you with practical considerations when onboarding to Thentia Cloud 2.0.
• Take you through a suggested timeline for activities and sample communications with relevant stakeholders e.g. licensees and the public.
• Give you an opportunity to share learning and experience on change management with other regulators.
