Change Management Principles and Practical Considerations

This video session is designed for Senior Leaders and Managers managing the change from current technology or systems to Thentia Cloud at your organization. We will share high-level principles of change management based on research and good practice guidance, including the key stages of change and different change models. We will provide an overview of the Change Management Toolkit that we created to support our customers with the practical considerations involving technological change such as identifying stakeholders affected by the change and how to communicate with them.
