Preparing for Thentia – Project Management and Data Migration

This video session is designed for employees at your organization managing the project to implement Thentia Cloud (e.g. Project Manager; Project Owner or Responsible Officer for the project) and employees who will be involved in the migration of your data from your current/old systems into Thentia Cloud. They will learn more about Thentia’s project management terminology and how Thentia manages data migration using its Data Migration Accelerator.

Objectives 

• To introduce customers to Thentia’s approach to project management and language used throughout the project.
• Inform roles and responsibilities during the project.
• Help customers prepare for the migration of their data from current systems to Thentia Cloud.

Prerequisites 

• To be a Thentia customer about to start the delivery phases.
