This session is for Managers and Admins only. This is an in-depth session that covers step-by-step how to configure some parts of the platform such as brand and text changes to the Portals, and how to set up a Summary View on the Workbench.
Objectives
In the Workflow module you will learn how to:
Access and utilize Entities and Attributes.
Modifying a Table View including adding, removing, sorting columns of information included by default.
Set up a Summary View to review information quickly within the Workbench.
In the Config module you will learn how to:
Changing Portal Page wording.
Creating Document Templates and assigning them for Licensees to obtain and print from the licensee portal.

Delegates should have watched the relevant Introductory Demos and attended all relevant Standard Training sessions before this.
