Standard Training Governance, Security and Finance Workbench Modules

This session is for Managers and Admins only. This is an in-depth session that covers step-by-step workflows spanning user management for Portals and the Workbench, meeting and committee management, and finance tasks such as invoicing within the Thentia platform.

Objectives 

• In the Security module you will learn how to: 
  • Add and managing Portal and System Users 
  • Manage privilege groups
• In the Governance module you will learn how to: 
  • Add board and committee members
  • Create and manage a meeting
  • Upload and access resources in the Resource Library  
• In the Finance module you will learn how to:
  • Make payments for checks received 
  • Create an invoice 
  • Issue a credit for missing fee discount 
  • Run a report for current year

Prerequisites

• Delegates should have watched the relevant Introductory Demos and attended all relevant Standard Training sessions before this.
