Standard Training Analytics and Comms Workbench Modules

This session is for Managers and Admins only. You will learn about how to use the Analytics module to run reports, create charts and graphs and dashboards. In the Comms module you will learn how message and letter templates work to communicate with licensees. You will also learn how to view an audit trail of communications from the system to licensees.

Objectives 

  • In the Analytics module you will learn: 
    • How to run a report and extract it to Excel 
    • How to create a report using the query tool 
    • How to create charts, graphs and dashboards 
  • In the Comms module you will learn: 
    • How to see if an automatic email was sent in the transmission log
    • How to see message threads and create message templates
    • How to create a letter template  

Prerequisites

  • Delegates should have watched the relevant Introductory Demos and attended all relevant Standard Training sessions before this.
