Standard Training Online Registry, Complaints, and Inspector Portal

This session combines more than one Portal and Workbench modules to train delegates on how to use the ‘License Verification Portal or Online Registry’ of Thentia Cloud where relevant information about licenses is published and accessed by the public. It also covers how the public can make complaints to the regulator about a licensee using the ‘Online Complaint Form’ or the ‘Complaints Portal’ of Thentia. Attendees will also learn how to review and process a complaint in the ‘Complaints’ module of the Workbench.

The final part of this session covers the ‘Inspector Portal’ used by inspectors to conduct inspections and the relevant Workbench modules to create and assign inspectors. Attendees who do not have an inspection function at their organizations are welcome to watch this part of the session to learn more about Thentia or to leave the session.  

Objectives 

  • Show the functionality and use-case for the License Verification/Online Registry Portal
  • Differentiate between the Online Complaints and the Complaints Portal and how to process complaints (and cases) in the Workbench.
  • Learn how an Inspector is created in the Workbench.
  • Understand how to create an assign an inspection to an Inspector. 

Prerequisites 

  • Delegates should have watched the relevant Introductory Demos and attended the Standard Training on Individual Licensing or Business Licensing.
