It covers the entire application submission process for business licenses, subsequent approval, and renewal of a license in the Business Portal.
Objectives
Understand the Business License Application process in the Portal and Workbench.
Learn how to request a missing document from an applicant.
Understand how to approve a Facility License application from a business.
Prerequisites
Delegates at the user level must have watched ‘Demo 1 – Introductory Overview’ and ‘Demo 2 – Introductory User Experience’ to be able to attend this session. Managers and Admin level delegates must also have watched ‘Demo 3 - Introduction for Managers and Admin’.
