Standard Training Individual Licensing

This session is required only if your organization regulates individuals.

It is the first hands-on training session designed for users, managers and system administrators of Thentia at your organization. Delegates will be logged into the training environment applicable to all customers and will complete step-by-step exercises guided by the trainer. The Individual Licensing session covers the entire application submission process for individual licenses, subsequent approval, and renewal of a license.

Objectives 

• Provide comprehensive training on Individual Licensing - application and renewal processes; 
• Complete a license application in the Application Portal as an applicant.
• Review and approve an application in the Workbench, including how to communicate with applicants within the platform.
• Go through the license renewal in the Licensee Portal and the Workbench.

Prerequisites

• Delegates at the user level must have watched ‘Demo 1 – Introductory Overview’ and ‘Demo 2 – Introductory User Experience’ to be able to attend this session. Managers and Admin level delegates must also have watched ‘Demo 3 - Introduction for Managers and Admin’.
