Thentia Cloud Demos (Videos)
This session is the start of the Training Journey. During this session you will learn about the basic functionality and purpose of Thentia Cloud. You will see the Portal site (frontend or public facing area of Thentia Cloud) and the Workbench (backend or staff area) and its modules. You will watch how an individual applies for a new license, and how that looks in the corresponding Workbench module.
Demo 2 Introductory User Experience
This session builds upon how each user, both the licensee and the regulator, experience Thentia Cloud. We will log in to relevant Portals as a licensee, broadly cover the steps for seeing records in the Workbench, and further our understanding of how the Portal and Workbench work together.
Demo 3 Introduction for Managers and Admin
This session is designed for Managers & Admins at your organization. We will demonstrate functionalities governed by your organization and normally undertaken by managers and system administrators such as task assignment, user account management, password resetting and role-based access permissions for the different parts of the platform.
