How long are multi-factor authentication access tokens for the Workbench valid?

When I sign in to the Thentia Cloud Workbench, I must enter the access token that is emailed to me to pass the multi-factor authentication step. How long do I have to use this token?

Answer

The access token that is emailed to you when you sign in to the Workbench expires after 15 minutes. If you don't enter it to complete the sign-in process during that time, it becomes invalid, and you will need to restart the sign-in process to receive a new access token.
