Which web browsers can I use with Thentia Cloud?

Does Thentia Cloud work with any web browser, or are there specific browsers I must use?

Answer

Thentia Cloud is designed to work with any modern browser. As part of our development process, Thentia Cloud is tested to work on the latest versions of the following browsers:

• Chrome
• Edge
• Firefox
• Safari
• Opera

Although we test with the latest versions available at the time testing is performed, Thentia Cloud should typically also work on any previous recent version of the supported browsers. For security, we recommend that users always update to the latest browser version available (and turn on auto-updates, if possible).

Note that Thentia Cloud does not support any version of Internet Explorer, as this browser has been retired and is no longer supported by its vendor (Microsoft).
