New features and enhancements: Portals

All Portals

• Redesigned the way the logic for the post-payment process works to improve reliability and prevent errors that could occur in certain edge cases (e.g. when a post-payment redirect would cause the logic to not trigger properly).

• Added support for a “flat amount” fee waiver option (in addition to the existing percentage-based option). This can be configured using the new Fixed Amount field in the Fee Waiver Condition entity (reg_feewaivercondition).

Business Licensing Portal

• Added a new automated email notification: whenever a Portal user clicks on Save Progress while completing the Business Document Examination process, an email notification will be send to the Examiner assigned to the record.

Education Provider Portal

• When a Continuing Education (CE) record is generated in the Education Provider Portal, the Activity Provider field will now be populated on that record, and will also be shown when the CE record is viewed in the Licensee Portal (even if the activity provider list is not shown in that Portal).

• Added the ability to create custom process steps for application types in the Education Provider Portal. With the new Process Steps connection on the Provider Type (lrn_providertype) and Provider Program Type (lrn_providerprogramtype) entities, it is now possible to create, remove, and set the order of custom process steps on the Provider and Program applications.

Inspection Portal

• Improved the logic on the Affirm and Submit page in the Inspection Portal: now, when the Inspection Status field is set to Compliant, the Correction Date field is no longer a required field.

Licensing Portal

New features and enhancements: Workbench

Complaints module

• To enhance the Convert Complaint to Case workflow, we have added a number of attributes from the Complaints entity to the Case entity (com_case) as well, so that more of the information captured with a complaint is retained when a corresponding case is created.

Workflow module

• On records in the Questionnaire Answer entity (lrn_questionnaireanswer), the answer field on questions with the type Upload will now display the filename of any uploaded file.

Bug fixes: Portals

All Portals

• Fixed a bug where Address Search with the Autoaddress service enabled was not working on pages configured with Custom Views.

Business Licensing Portal

• Fixed a bug where not all business application fees were being displayed on the Business Licensing Portal if there were a large number of fees (>100).
• Fixed a bug that was sometimes causing a network error to be displayed when trying to complete a payment in the Business Licensing Portal.

License Verification Portal

• Fixed the issue where text on profile pages in the License Verification Portal was being formatted incorrectly.
• Fixed a bug where the radio buttons for Search Business and Search Facility in the License Verification Portal were not aligned when viewed on mobile devices.
• Fixed an issue where records in custom entities were not appearing in search results in the License Verification Portal.

Bug fixes: Workbench

All modules

• Fixed some description text in the Generate Letter Template UI to more accurately describe what will happen when clicking the Save button.
• Fixed a bug where PDF files stored in the Activity section of a record could not be opened (for PDFs created as a result of generating a letter from a document template on the record).
• Fixed a bug where, if a text field in Summary View had a large amount of text, the field was not expanding properly to accommodate the text, causing it to overflow and overlap with other fields.
• Fixed a critical bug that was causing users to be unable to open records in certain Thentia environments.

Analytics module

• Fixed a bug in the Query Builder where adding an email field to a report would cause no records to be shown in the report (even if the report showed records before adding the email field).

Register module

• Fixed a bug where the Recipient Profile and Recipient Business fields could not be edited when creating a message on a record in the License Application entity (reg_application).
