Thentia Cloud release notes: Version 1.30.0 (August 10, 2023)

Ability to include table (connections) on letter: Table connections can now be included within a letter template in order to display specific information from the connection records in letters. The generated letter will contain, and display child records related to the triggering record based on configuration.

System administrators will need to specify the connection records with {{loop items}} and {{endloop}} details:

• Fields that are available between these two parameters need to be mapped.
• The Source Entity with the connection data must be specified.
• If a parameter is missing either of the {{loop items}} and {{endloop}}, then the field is treated as a regular merge field.
• If there are multiple tables or {{loop items}} & {{endloop}}, each table will have its own section on the left panel where the admin needs to specify connection and attributes for the loop merge fields.

Sponsored Application / Renewal Update: For the updated sponsorship application or sponsorship renewal application, the following is now true:

• The business and applicant both receive submission emails upon submission of the sponsorship application and sponsorship renewal application.
• Approval and rejection emails only are sent to the applicant of the Sponsorship application and Sponsorship renewal application.
  
• In the Business Licensing portal:
  
  • Sponsored Applications section - All types of sponsorship applications are displayed.
    
  • Sponsored Renewals section - Only approved and submitted sponsorship renewal application are displayed.
    
    

Education provider upload improvements: Several updates have been made to the education provider roster upload process.

• For the Education provider programs (Continuing Education (CE) and Exam):
  • The number of times a provider can upload a roster has been changed. Providers can upload a class roster as many times as required if the upload date falls within the program start or end dates.
  • The date format that is used is YYYY-MM-DD.
• For CE:
  • The license type has been replaced with the “Category” and “Secondary Category”.
    In the CSV file, only the following fields need to be entered:
    • First name
    • Last name
    • License#
    • DOB
    • Completion date
      
      

Education program - Managed workflow: The managed program workflow has been implemented in the portal. This will allow adding, and editing student registration information, as well as the ability to release a student from individual programs.

Application Types - CE, Exam, Education program workflow: The workflows for processing the continuing education (CE), exam, and education provider application types have been implemented.

Configurable csv template for all programs (CE / Exams / unmanaged and managed education programs): Dynamic csv templates can now be configured for use with the various programs (CE / Exams / unmanaged and managed education programs).

Provider Portal - Student Application/Registration Workflow: The provider for a Managed Education Program is now able to add students to the program. This program is part of a complete application workflow.

Managed program upload process: An education provider can upload their class roster to the portal and pay for the uploaded student information for the managed program in bulk.

Extracurricular - Managed program: An education provider can add the extracurricular event hours completed by a student to a managed program in which a student is enrolled.

Remove location request from the browser: The event associated with the browser location request has been removed from the portals to prevent a privacy violation.
