Thentia Cloud Portal Bug Fixes

Description Location

In the portal, on the Board Approved Supervisor page of a new application, after searching or selecting a valid license number and name and completing the remaining details and then saving the new board approved supervisor, the saved record displays with all the details populated.

Also, random text and numbers cannot be entered into the Board Approved Supervisor’s License Number & Name dropdown list.

Application Portal

In the portal, after submitting an application, the application status is now displayed as “submitted”, instead of “new” on the Documents page.

Application Portal

When new staff listings are saved in the portal, the records are now reflected in the staff records of the business within the workbench.

Business Licensing
In the portal, on the Facilities page, if there is already a particular application (e.g., Application A) in progress, then the user is not able to apply for and submit the same facility application again.

Business Licensing
The correct status is now always displayed for applications on the business Application Documents tab in the portal.

Business Licensing
On the Unassigned and Assigned inspection pages in the portal, the pagination is working properly to allow the user to navigate to the next and previous pages to view the businesses on those pages.

Inspection Portal

On the Renewal home page in the portal, license renewals and authorization renewals both now have a “Continue” button once the renewal process has been started and the user leaves the process and then returns to finish it.

Licensee Portal

During the license renewal process in the portal (e.g., version < 2.7.0), the user can now complete all steps in the process, including processing the payment successfully.

Licensee Portal

Custom page processes can now be added and arranged as navigation items on a dynamic navigation menu in the portal. This is done with the aid of conditional metadata located in the backend and configuration in the following entities:

  • In the Portal Navigation Category entity (port_navigationcategory), add the custom pages as navigation menu items. These will appear as the menu headers or links in the navigation menu.
  • In the Portal Navigation Item entity (port_navigationitem), do the following to populate the menu tab in the navigation menu:
  • For Default Processes: Set the name, portal, navigation category (optional), display ordinal, and portal page.
  • For Custom Processes: Set the name, portal, navigation category (optional), display ordinal, and custom process type.

Note: Configuration assistance is required. This is linked to the portal ticket “Add custom process to dynamic nav items”, which was released in Sprint 23.

Licensee Portal

The new License End Date in the portal is now exactly two years after the previous license end Date. Also, the license expiration date is now displaying correctly in the portal and workbench when the license renewal is manually approved.

Licensee Portal

The reinstatement attestation of a profile when viewed in the workbench is now displaying the profile name for the attestation, instead of “N/A”.

Licensee Portal
After submitting an authorization application, on the Application Review/Print page, the Application Instruction page information is now displayed.

Licensee Portal

HTML tags are now correctly parsed when entered into string resources used on portal landing pages.

Multiple Locations

When making a credit card payment on the Payment page in the portal, and the payment provider is “Epay”, upon being redirected to the “Epay” web page, if the user navigates back to the Payment page without first paying and then clicks on “Pay by Credit Card”, a new transaction record is not created if one already exists for the same process.

Note: This issue is related to the following tickets:

  • Payment: Check dup transaction records.
  • (Epay QuickPost) Payment:  Implement pick-up process in the portal.
  • Epay-Payment transactions are not completing (resolved in Sprint 24).

Multiple Locations
On the Online Registry portal, a “Back to results” button has been added to the Record View page to allow the user to return to the search results page where they can easily view another record, instead of starting over the search every time.

Online Registry

Custom public register profiles that contain a first and last name with no middle name are now displayed without “N/A” as a placeholder for the middle name.
