Tooltips on attributes: Tooltips have been added to various attributes using the description of the attribute, and the entity list that includes the description and classification flags.

Rules for this new feature:

• Tooltips are available for all configuration attributes or parameters.
• Only the Config Module entities have descriptions and can display on multiple lines.
• System admins can add or modify a tooltip description by first clicking on the Edit icon for an attribute, and then entering the tooltip description in the metadata.

Staff user – View payment date on the invoice preview: Staff users can now view the correct refund amount, payment date, and other transaction details in the invoice preview, after refunding an overpayment on an invoice.

Note: This is related to portal item “Portal User – View payment date on the invoice/receipt pdf”, which was completed in Sprint 20.

Staff user – View a list of my tasks and launch reviewer module: Staff users are now able to view a list of tasks assigned to them and launch the Reviewer module. Double clicking on a row or clicking on the Edit icon opens the Reviewer page.

The anchored task for a review item will be expanded. For example, if Task 1 is clicked on from the list, the right-side task panel will display Task 1, even if the current active task for the process item is Task 3.

Reviewer Module + Messaging: When a staff user starts a message thread or replies to a message thread from the Reviewer module page, the user is automatically subscribed to the message thread. Users who are subscribed to a message thread will get email notifications whenever a new message is sent from someone in the thread.

Summary View – Users can view a section automatically after creating a summary view: After creating a summary view, a section of the summary view is automatically displayed to the user. The summary view section will display the entity name as the section title, along with the details from the entity.

Update interface for conditions to make it human readable: In the Form Builder, conditions can now be setup on attributes using the Conditions icon and one or multiple criteria can be setup for each rule. When there is a rule setup, the action label displays “Edit” to allow users to easily identify which of the following rules are active:

• Hide Field When…
• Disable Field When…
• Require Field When…

If there is no rule setup, then the action label displays “Create”.

Also, criteria are hidden if the user selects any of the following checkboxes:

• Set field to always hidden.
• Set field to always disable.
• Set field to always require.

Dashboard (Analytics Module) – “Visualize This Dashboard” button: After creating a new dashboard with a name and adding a proper chart and queries, and then saving the dashboard record, clicking on the Visualize Chart button will now display the dashboard and the name of the chart will remain.

Update workbench to fail entity create/update on API fails: Whenever API create or update calls fail, the related create or update functionality on workbench entities will now also fail.

Incorrectly named attribute com_caseid is being used on com_casecontact: The case contacts that were recently created and linked to a case under the Connections section of a Case record are now displayed. This is resolved now that the correct attribute is being used to display the case contact.

Text boxes displaying null, and undefined incorrectly: In the workbench, empty text fields on profile records will now remain empty, instead of displaying the word “undefined”.

New tabs are being hidden from the bottom bar when user starts opening the record from any module: After creating a default summary view in the Profile entity and then viewing the summary view on a profile record, if the user clicks on the summary from the navigation bar and then opens multiple records, the new tabs for all opened records will now remain visible on the bottom bar, regardless of the screen size.

Print function does not work properly with Summary View:
On the Summary View page of a record, the Print button functionality now prints all summary information successfully.

Date Validation Type: A validation error will no longer occur on the date when the Form Builder date Validation Type set is to “afterDate” for the birthdate field, and the dates on a custom page in the Licensee Portal are set to fall after the birthday.

Form Builder – Warning messages are misleading: When the Display Ordinal is set in a non-sequential format (e.g., 1, 5, 4, 3, 2, … or 10, 20, 15, 30, …), the displayed information will appear according to the configured display ordinal and a warning message will no longer occur indicating the order should be sequential.

Also, when there is an empty Section Title, a warning message will no longer appear indicating that there should be a non-empty Section Title.

Note: Section titles provide optional headings to sections (e.g., Personal Information, Mailing Address, Contact Information). Also, if the form only has one section, it is not necessary to have a section title (e.g., Education Add/Edit) as the title would be redundant.

Sponsored Application: Payment Page – Default Payee: When a business is going to pay for the sponsored application, the following will occur on the Payment page for the individual licensee:

• “Method of Payment” field is disabled when using Employer Pay.
• “Employer” field is disabled when using Employer Pay.
• The new “Pay by Employer” button is displayed and clicking on it will process the payment automatically to complete the sponsorship.

Application review – Pdf file is not generating or there are data irregularities, such as incomplete pdf files and missing pages on mobile devices: When accessing the portals on mobile devices (IOS/Android), on the Review page, the “Review All Pages” functionality is now displaying the correct content on all pages, and clicking the Download To PDF button will generate the pdf file correctly.

Remove the concept of debit and credit from prepaid transaction: When entering debit or credit amounts on a Prepaid Account Transaction entity, users will no longer need to specify that a deposit is a credit (+), or a payment is a debit (-), or a payment reversal is a credit (+), or that a refund is a debit (-).

• When the selected payment transaction type is a “deposit” or “payment reversal”, the prepaid account balance is now incremented.
• When the selected payment transaction type is a “payment” or “refund”, the prepaid account balance is decremented.

Adding an option for Inspections to be associated with a License and not just a facility: As requested, business license types can now be associated directly with an inspection and not just a facility.

For example, if there are three barbers in the same suite at 100 Main St, Suite 301, and each barber has a separate business license application, then each mandatory Inspection will be associated to the business License, and not the facility.

Add show/hide conditions in business portal based on equal comparison: Conditions Metadata can now be used to do a comparison between values in the Workbench and the Business Licensing portal and then show or hide values in the portal.

For example, whatever is entered into the Metadata for the “Complaint Contact Form” in workbench will be displayed in the Title field of the Business record in Business Licensing portal.

Add custom process to dynamic nav items: Custom page processes can now be added as navigation items and positioned as desired in the portal’s navigation menu with the aid of conditional metadata located in the backend and configuration in the following entities:

• In the Portal Navigation Category entity (port_navigationcategory), add the custom pages as navigation menu items. These will appear as the menu headers or links in the navigation menu.
• In the Portal Navigation Item entity (port_navigationitem), do the following to populate the menu tab in the navigation menu:
  • For Default Processes: Set the name, portal, navigation category (optional), display ordinal, and portal page.
  • For Custom Processes: Set the name, portal, navigation category (optional), display ordinal, and custom process type.

Note: Configuration assistance is required. This is linked to the platform ticket “Entity Creation/Field Updates”.

Licensee Portal Azure B2C Account Settings not enabled: In the portal, the Account Settings dropdown menu is now correctly displaying the Azure integration options, instead of the standard account settings (Change Email, Password Reset, and Two-Stage Authentication: Security Questions).

Service Portal – Step Numbers are missing from Authorization Application/Renewal Process: Step Numbers have been added and are now displayed on at the top of pages throughout the Authorization Application and Renewal processes.

Field Creation Request: Business License Declaration Question – Additional Details: The ability to include additional details for business licenses application and renewal declaration questions is now possible with the new “Always Show Additional Details” (Yes/No/Unset) radio button in the Business License Declaration Question entity (reg_permitdeclarationquestion). When this radio button is set to “Yes”, additional details are displayed for the declaration question in the portal and will not be displayed when this is set to “No”.

Note: This is related to portal item “Inconsistent configuration between Declarations on Application Portal vs Business Portal”.

Promote ‘Withdraw Application’ configuration records: From the Online Applications page, when attempting to submit a “Withdraw Application” request, the Reason dropdown list is now populated with the various withdrawal options that can be selected, and upon clicking the Confirm button, the email confirming the withdrawal request is approved is sent.

Unable to set Street Address 1 as optional on standard Employment Add/Edit form: The Street Address 1 field in the Employment Information of an online application is now optional when “Collect Employment History” is set to “Yes” and “Employment Address Required” is set to “No” in the Place of Practice Configuration section of the Portal Configuration.

Inconsistent configuration between Declarations on Application Portal vs Business Portal: Configuration of declarations on the Application Portal and Business Licensing Portal are now consistent.

For the declaration questions in the application Declaration Question entity (reg_declarationquestion) and Business License Declaration Question entity (reg_permitdeclarationquestion), when the “Requires Upload” (Yes/No/Unset) radio button is:

• “Yes,” – Uploading a file is required and the file upload button is displayed.
• “No”- Uploading a file is optional and the file upload button is displayed.
• “Unset” – No upload is allowed when and the file upload button is hidden.

The “Always Show Additional Details” (Yes/No/Unset) radio button is now available in the Business License Declaration Question entity (reg_permitdeclarationquestion) and additional details will always be shown when this is set to “Yes”. Additional details will not be shown when this is set to “No”. This option will not be used when this is set to “Unset”.

Custom process start/completion page translation not working with links: In the portal, hyperlinks on the “Start” and “Completion” pages of a custom process are now rendering properly to open the related linked page or email form.

Business Filing – Return to Business status and unable to upload documents: Once a business filing has been submitted and the admin user sets the filing status to “Return to Business”, the business user can now continue and start the application, as well as upload any additional documents and change any information when reviewing the application.

Filing – when submitted it logs the user out forcefully: When attempting to submit a completed application for a business filing, the business user is no longer forcefully logged out of the portal.

Declarations are failing with {{*}}: When adding a declaration question with an asterisk, the asterisk will appear next to the question, rather than a blank question being displayed.

Submitted “Business Address Change Request” displays Network Error before redirecting: After submitting a “Business Address Change” request and then clicking on the Business Address Change link in the navigation menu, the page will open, and a network error will not occur during the page redirect.

Pagination in Inspector portal is not working as expected for inspections- assigned, unassigned, completed: When there are 10 or more inspections on the Unassigned page or Completed page in the portal, clicking on the next button for the pagination will now display the next set of inspections, rather than a blank page.

Reinstatement is not working On service portal: After expiring a license in the portal and then clicking the Start button on the Reinstatement tab, the reinstatement process will now commence rather than remain in the “loading page” stage.

County dropdown: On the Personal Information page of a new individual licensee application, when “County is Required” is set to “Yes” in the Portal Settings and there are counties available, a county must be selected before proceeding. Also, in the workbench, when the State has changed, the county for the New State is now saved instead of the county of the Previous State.

CE – Total current unit exceeds maximum unit allowed: On the Continuing Education Summary page, the CE Category section now shows:

• The total number of units for all subcategories added is more than the Maximum units for the Parent category.
• The “Total Submitted” units for the Parent category is not more than the maximum number of units for the parent, even if the total of all subcategories is more.

Allow use of string resource with print button label on custom pages: After creating a custom page with a Print button that has a label with an associated string resource key, the actual value of the string resource is now displayed, instead of the string resource key.

French logo and footer in French email templates: French emails sent from the portals and workbench will now use French email templates and display the French logo and French name in the footer.

Network error is being thrown on custom complaint form: A network error will no longer be displayed on custom complaint forms after opening the Online Complaint portal.

Facility Type is displayed as N/A in the public Registry: When searching by facility in the public registry, the correct facility type is now displayed in the search results.
