Reviewer – (Card Widget) View some information related to an application: On the Application Review page, card widgets are used to display detailed information related to an application. Each card section consists of one or multiple columns, depending on the screen size (maximum number of columns = 3). The number of columns is responsive based on the size of the Review panel (Center panel). Users can click on a link within the widget to open the detail record page. Also, the widget Name is shown as a navigation label on the navigation panel. |

Once there are configuration records in the new entities, open the new Workflow Process Item entity (wkfl_processitem), double-click on an application record to review the application details and complete tasks on the Application Review page that appears. A summary view can be designated as the default summary view when editing the view properties. A summary view, if available, is presented to the user when they open a record. At the time when a user is creating a record, there is no summary view. A summary view is presented after a record has been created. Note that there is no anchor menu within a summary view. The user can apply a date filter to narrow down the transaction and print an account statement that includes the account name and account balance. If a filter is applied, then the filtered data will display in the printed transaction history details. |

Business portal user – Apply fee payment from my business prepaid account: Business portal users can now apply a payment from a business prepaid account by selecting “Prepaid Account” as the payment method. The specific prepaid account must also be selected from the list of prepaid accounts related to the business profile. The account number and account balance are displayed for each account and the prepaid account with an account balance less than the invoice amount is disabled and cannot be selected. Once the payment transaction is successfully processed, the balance on the prepaid account is recalculated and reduced by the amount that has been processed. The transaction history, which includes the date, amount, and invoice number of each transaction, is displayed on the Prepaid Account record page. Note: Configuration assistance is required. This is related to platform item “Field Creation: Enable Business Prepaid Accounts”. |

Disable CE in Renewal: The continuing education (CE) page can now be disabled for the license renewal process when the new “Disable CE in Renewal/Reinstatement” (Yes/No/Unset) radio button is set to “Yes” in the Controls section of the License Status entity (reg_registrationstatus). Once this is set, the CE page will not be displayed during the license renewal process. For example, when the CE page is set for the “inactive status” and the user’s license status changes from “inactive” (current status) to “active” (destination status), the CE page will appear. However, when the status changes from “active” to “active” or “active” to “inactive”, the CE page will not appear. Note: Configuration assistance is required. This is related to platform item “Attribute Creation – Disable CE based on Destination Status”. |

Portal User – View payment date on the invoice/receipt pdf: After making a payment, the date of the payment is now displayed on invoices and receipts. To facilitate the use of this new functionality there is now a new Filing page under the Business Information section in the left navigation menu of the portal.
