Enable Business Prepaid Accounts: Regulators can now enable or disable the use of business prepaid accounts in the Business Licensing portal. Once this feature is enabled, the business portal user is able to use a prepaid account as a payment method. To facilitate the use of this new functionality, in the Portal Settings section of the Portal Configuration entity (port_site), there is now a new attribute:

Workbench User – Duplicate application type configuration for business licenses: Workbench users can now duplicate the configuration of application types designated for business licenses. The name of the entity to be created and the corresponding record count are displayed in the dialog box, along with the option to continue with the duplication (Confirm button) or terminate the process (Cancel button) are also provided. The Prepaid Account Balance field is also displayed to the right of the Amount column in the Prepaid Account Transactions table. |

Ability to handle connected spaces: Connect spaces are now automatically created on entities based on conditions or action filters in the metadata. Also, the value of a connected space is set upon the create and update actions, and the field value can specify the entity and name (tc_name) attribute to set the connected space. |

This feature is enabled when the “Enforce Invitation Email as Log-in Email” radio button is set yes in the Portal Configuration. The sponsorship invited user will then need to sign up with the same email as the invitation email when logging into the portal and use the correct token before they can start an application.
