Release Date: 27th April, 2022

1. In the Configuration module, click on any Customer Site to enter a Thentia Cloud Portal and select the Business Certificates Control option on the left navigation panel. The following 2 radio buttons have been added in this section:

• Disable Business License Certificates
• Disable Business Facility Certificates

Also, a Disable Download radio button has been added in the Registration Document Template.

2. In the Registration Classes entity, the following 2 radio buttons and 1 field has been added:

• License Period Ends In Even Year
• License Period Ends In Odd Year
• License Period (Days) field

The business logic is as follows:

• If both radio buttons are Unset or set to No, then the default even or odd year expiry date is valid.
• If both radio buttons are set to Yes, then the default even or odd year expiry date is valid.
• If the License Period Ends In Even Year radio button is set to Yes and the default expiry date is an odd year, the system will subtract 1 year to make the expiry date even.
• If the License Period Ends In Odd Year radio button is set to No and the default expiry date is an even year, the system will subtract 1 year to make the expiry date odd.

3. In the Fee Waiver Conditions entity, the following new fields and radio buttons have now been added:

• Waiver Percentage (%)
• Active
• Question Resource Key
• Display Ordinal

A new Fee Waiver Status entity has been added under the Individual Regulation Configuration section in the Configuration module.

A new Fee Waivers entity has been added in the Register module.

4. In the Configuration module, under the Individual Regulation Configuration section, a new Fee Proration Conditions entity has been added.

5. In the Configuration module, a new License Fee Email Template field has been added in the Application Types form under Individual, Business and Facility Configuration.

6. In the Configuration module, the Is Licensing Fee radio button has been added in the Application Fees form under Business and Facility Configuration.

In the Individual Reg Configuration section, the Registration Fee? No=Application column has been added in the Application Fees form.

7. After clicking on an invoice record, a button is now available on the toolbar to generate and download a PDF version of the invoice record.

8. In the Finance module, under the Payment Configuration section, a new Merchant Redirect URL field has been added.

9. After opening any record in the Thentia Cloud Platform, a new Generate A Letter From Template button is now available in the toolbar. Clicking this button allows the user to pick a template and generate a letter for the record. This letter can then be printed out by the user.

10. In the Workflow module, a new License field has been added in the Shareholder entity.

11. A new Shareholder License Type entity has been added in the Workflow module. This will allow the configurations to be setup between shareholder roles and license types.

1. In Security Module, the Privileges assigned to groups are now providing the people in these groups with the appropriate permission level.

2. Attempts to pay for transactions using the in-built Stripe payment processor are processing successfully with no unknown parameter (schema) error in the Commerce API.

In the Stripe configuration, the Provider Name, the API Transaction Key and Currency field values have been hard coded. This is a direct payment integration process.

1. Users applying for the following applications may be applicable for an application fee waiver if they qualify under some conditions like financial hardship, long-term illness/disability, veterans, members of the Canadian Armed Forces, RCMP and their families etc.:

• Application Portal – applying for individual application
• Licensee Portal – applying for license renewals and license status change requests
• Business Licensing Portal – business license application, business application renewal, facility license application and facility license renewal.

2. The regulation body can now choose to configure no fee for the users applying for the following applications:

• Application Portal – applying for individual application
• Licensee Portal – applying for license renewals and license status change requests
• Business Licensing Portal – business license application, business application renewal, facility license application and facility license renewal.

3. If the Set License Period End Date To Birth Day, License Period Ends In Even Year, License Period Ends In Odd Year options have been selected or a specific License Period End date has been entered been entered by the user, then the licensing/renewal fee will be prorated to ensure that the user pays for the exact duration of the license.

In the case of some clients, only the license renewal fee will be prorated.  When the licensee applies for a renewal, the surcharge paid by the initial licensee initially will be discounted in the subsequent renewal.

4. If a fee item for an individual, business or facility license is marked as a registration fee (mentioned in Enhancement number 8 in Thentia Cloud Platform table above), then the applicant must pay that fee after approval to get their license issued.

Also, in the above scenario an email will be sent to the licensee, business, or facility, notifying them to pay the licensing fee.

If an individual, business, or facility has no fee items that are marked as a registration fee (mentioned in Enhancement number 8 in Thentia Cloud Platform table above), then they are issued a license immediately on application approval.

5. West Virginia Payment Processor has been added as a redirect payment method. This payment processor will allow the West Virginia clients to accept credit card payments.

6. For some clients, only an existing licensee can be selected as a Key Contact for a business. For these clients, the Contact Name will now be selected from a drop-down list of existing licensees. (instead of a text field).

1. When loading the facility applications, no network errors will be encountered after this release.

2. When the user clicks on the View button for an Unassigned Inspection, edits details for this inspection and clicks on the Schedule button, these changes will be saved / updated accordingly for this inspection record.
