Welcome to Thentia Cloud! This guide provides step-by-step instructions on how to unlock a portal account for an Applicant or Licensee.
1. Select the grid icon towards the upper-right corner of the screen and choose the Security module.

2. Select the menu icon and choose IAM User Management > Portal Users.

3. Use the Search field or column filters to search for the account to unlock.

4. To open a profile, double-select on any blank space on the line or any non-hyperlinked text (not highlighted in blue) on a line.

5. In the Portal User section:

- Change the Online Access Disabled setting to No
- Change the Authentication Failure Count value to 0 (zero)
- Change the Security Questions Reset setting to Yes

6. Select the Save icon (diskette) to save the changes.
