Entering Continuing Education Credits in Licensee Portal

Welcome to Thentia Cloud! This guide provides step-by-step instructions on how to start and complete a license renewal.


1. Login to the Licensee Portal using your email address and password.
2. From the navigation panel, select the Continuing Education link.
Prior to starting your renewal, review that all required Continuing Education (CEs) for your license type have been entered.
3. Select View button next to the license you need to renew.
4. Use the +Add New Records button to add CE courses, trainings, workshops, etc. that you have completed.

Select Update to edit previously entered CEs.

5. On the New Continuing Education page input the required details related to the CE completed. Select the Save button to save the entry and return to the summary screen.
