This article outlines the steps to enter Continuing Education/Professional Development (CE) hours through the Licensee/Registrant Portal, specific to the agency you're licensed/registered with.
Steps to Log or Edit CE Hours
Log in to the Licensee/Registrant Portal using your email address and password.
From the left-hand navigation panel, select the Continuing Education option. Note: Before starting your renewal, review that all required Continuing Education (CEs) for your license type have been entered.
Select the View button next to the license you need to renew. If you do not see the View button, this more than likely means that currently, you are outside the time period for CE Hours/Credits entry. (Please contact the agency if you have additional questions)
Use the +Add New Records button to add CE courses, trainings, workshops, etc. that you have completed. Provide all the requested information and documentation to log your hours. Information such as: Category/Type: Course Instructed, Course Online, Etc. (Options are determined by the agency you're licensed with.) Number Hours Activity Provider Learning Objectives Documentation Upload: Certificates, Diplomas, Etc. Other information may be requested as well.
On the New Continuing Education page, input the required details related to the CE completed. Select the Save or Save and Back button to save the entry and return to the summary screen.
Updating entered CE Hours
Select Update to edit previously entered CE hour records.
