Welcome to Thentia Cloud! This guide provides step-by-step instructions on how to filter information from within the modules of the Platform.
1. Select the grid icon towards the upper-right corner of the screen and choose a module.
2. From any screen view, select the funnel icon on a column heading.
3. Choose a filter option from the available list, enter the search text and select
When entering filter text, remember that it is case sensitive.
4. For date fields, enter the from and to dates and times, as well as choosing ‘And’ or ‘Or’, then select
When a filter is set, the funnel icon is highlighted in grey.
To remove a filter, simply click on the highlighted funnel icon and select Clear.
