This article provides step-by-step instructions to Change the Current View while viewing lists of records within modules of the Workbench.
1. Select the grid icon towards the upper-right corner of the screen and choose a module.
2. Select the menu icon from the selected module.
3. Select a topic from the left-hand menu within the selected Module to view the available subtopics and information.
4. Select the Eye Icon, Change View (Change Current View) from the toolbar.
5. A pop-up window appears listing the available views configured for that topic in your environment. Note: Not all Table Views for Entities have additional views; this is based upon configuration. 6. Select a view to refresh the screen and update the display.
To return to the default display: Close the view using the breadcrumbs bar at the bottom of the screen. Return to the menu, and open the view again.
