How to Add a Public Notice to a Licensee’s Record Using the Complaints Module

Welcome to Thentia Cloud! This guide details how to add a public notice to a licensee’s record from within the Complaints module of the platform.

 

1. Select the grid icon towards the upper-right corner of the screen and select the Complaints module.
 
2. Select the menu icon and choose Professional Conduct > Public Notices.
 
3. Select the Create a new record icon from the toolbar.
 
4. Select the Registrant from the Registration field by either typing in their name or using the drop-down list. Proceed to complete all other fields on this screen.

Select the Save icon to save the notice.
