How to Manually Create a New Application

Welcome to Thentia Cloud! This guide provides step-by-step instructions on how to manually create an application in the Platform.

 

1. Select the grid icon towards the upper-right corner of the screen and choose the Register module.
 
2. Select the menu icon and choose Individual Registration > Applications.
 
3. Select the Create icon (+) from the toolbar towards the top of the screen.
 
4. Fill in the necessary information on the screens under the This Record and Connections sections.
The screen links you see listed under This Record and Connections may be different as it is based on you program configuration.
 
5. Select the Save icon (diskette) to save the status change.
When manually creating a new application, it may be necessary to also create an invoice to properly document payment. If an invoice already exists, link it to the newly created application.
