Navigating the Thentia Cloud Workbench.
The screen is organized into a few main areas.
This layout is consistent across all modules.
Header Bar
The Header Bar at the top of the screen provides access to:
- Module Selector - Workbench (Platform) Modules
- Module Menu (Topics and Subtopics)
- Notifications
- Session Logout
Change View
The area below the header bar displays different views of information based on the chosen module and topic. As an example, when accessing Applications for Licensure/Registration, the Change the current view (Eye Icon) can be selected to view applications in various statuses. (Submitted Applications, All Applications, Approved Applications, Under Review, Etc.)
Information appears as a list with each line representing an individual record. Each page of a view contains 50 record lines.
- Select the menu icon from the selected module.
- Select a topic to see the available subtopics, then select an option to view the available information.
- Select the View icon (eye) from the toolbar towards the top of the screen.
- A pop-up appears listing the available views configured for that topic. The current view display is marked and highlighted.
Not all screens have additional views. This is based on the configuration of your Thentia environment. - Select a view to refresh the screen and update the display.
- To go back to the default display, simply close the view using the breadcrumbs bar at the bottom of the screen, go back to the menu, and open the view again.
Every view includes:
- Search field.
- Toolbar with options to manage the view.
- Filter funnel for each column in the view.
- Breadcrumbs to navigate pages you have accessed
- Pagination and list of total items.
- Change View icon (eye) to edit the results displayed.
Search Field
The Search field to the right of the toolbar allows you to narrow your search results. Type keywords to narrow your results, and click outside of the search box to view the results list updates.
- Enter an asterisk (*) then text to wildcard your search and return anything that contains the text entered.
Filters
Every column contains a funnel icon. This allows the user to filter the listing by specified information. Selecting the funnel icon will enable you to provide filter criteria.
- Drop down to change the filter option to: Starts with, Ends with, Not equal to, Contains, Empty, Not Empty.
- Text entered in the filters is case-sensitive.
- Once your criteria are provided, select the Filter button to update the results list.
- The funnel will be highlighted when a field is filtered (as shown to the right)
Breadcrumbs
The area at the bottom of the screen contains the Breadcrumbs bar.

- Breadcrumb (title) is the page that you are currently viewing.
- Option to click an ‘X’ in a breadcrumb title to close the item or the icon on the right side of the screen to view, access, or close all breadcrumbs.
Pagination
Pagination is displayed below the listing. Each page contains 50 lines
